Any data uploaded is used for the purposes intended and then deleted. No information is stored longer than necessary. At the request of the uploader, all information will be deleted. Any information stored at the end of the tax season will automatically be deleted.
Hard copies of required information is stored in a locked filing cabinet and only stored as required by Canadian Tax Law for up to 7 years.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Embedded content from other websites

Data is only shared as required by Canadian Tax Laws in preparation of your taxes and/bookkeeping.

Your data remains the property of yourself at all times and will be deleted upon request. Data is submitted to the CRA as required by Canadian Tax Laws. Digital copies will be deleted upon request, but hard copies will be stored as necessary.
Where your data is sent
All submitted information is subject to automated spam detection systems and may be deleted without notice.
